Up to 32TB of Internal Storage
The PlayerOne 8K comes with an internal hard drive bay capable of hosting a single hard drive up to 32TB — enough for approximately 800 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray rips or 1,600 standard Blu-ray rips. Hard drive not included.
8K and Dolby Vision — The Ultimate Picture
The PlayerOne 8K outputs up to 8K UHD via HDMI 2.1, with support for Dolby Vision (including full VS10 engine processing), HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG. Every frame is optimized dynamically — SDR content is intelligently upconverted to HDR, and the VS10 engine ensures perfect tone mapping regardless of whether your TV supports Dolby Vision natively.
AI-Powered Library Management with R_video
The included R_video Media Center application uses AI to intelligently organize your movie and TV library. Create custom categories, listen to original soundtrack clips while browsing, personalize your homepage, and add signature banners. The companion PC and Mac app allows even deeper customization including custom covers, backgrounds, and soundtracks.
Smart Remote with Wide Range IR
The high-quality backlit remote features direct shortcut buttons for image ratio, 3D, subtitles, audio tracks, and repeat mode, plus a true STOP button and 10-second and 1-minute forward and backward skip controls. The wide-angle IR sensor covers 60 degrees at up to 26 feet. An IR extender is included for cabinet or behind-door installations.
