Order Cancellations & Price Policy:

Our prices are updated in real-time from our suppliers and may fluctuate frequently. Once you place an order, that price is locked in—we can't adjust for future price drops. If you need to cancel after ordering, a minimum 15% cancellation fee applies since we reserve your item until it ships.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At International Video & Electronics INC (220-electronics.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and consistency, but we also understand that every situation is unique. We will always do our best to handle issues with flexibility and care.

Defective Items

  • Within 14 Days of Receipt: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 14 days. We will replace it with the same model at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • After 15 Days, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. For Blu-ray players, warranty terms and coverage are the same as the manufacturer’s warranty, but will be honored by us.
  • Region-Free Guarantee: All region-free upgrades are guaranteed for the life of the player.
  • Other Electronics & Appliances: For most other electronics and appliances designed for international use, warranty coverage is 1 year for parts only. Shipping charges are not covered under warranty.
  • Shipping & Warranty Terms: Shipping is not included in warranty repairs or replacements. Customers are responsible for prepaying shipping and handling costs for warranty service. We do not cover or insure damage caused to personal property or to items used in conjunction with products purchased from us.

Non-Defective Items

  • Non-defective items cannot be returned for refunds.
  • We recognize that special situations may arise, and we encourage you to contact us if you have a concern. Our customer service team will always work with you toward a fair solution.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges of non-defective items.
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition. If not, a higher restocking charge may apply, or the return may not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges, except when the item is defective and reported within 14 days of receipt.

 

Shipping & Damages

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless the item is defective and reported within 14 days of receipt.
  • Any visible shipping damage must be reported at the time of delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the bill of lading or delivery document before signing for the package, and contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Review & Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel orders when necessary. This might happen due to:

  • Security checks—we run fraud prevention on all orders for everyone's protection
  • Pricing errors—fast-changing supplier prices sometimes create mistakes we need to correct
  • Payment issues—if payment doesn't process or takes too long, we may cancel without additional notice
  • Inventory errors - If our inventory is incorrect, we may need to contact you to cancel or modify your order.
