The wash pump only draws 200 to 400 watts, but the heating element that warms the water pulls 1,200 to 1,800 watts, and that's what sets the transformer size, not the pump.
Sizing one anyway, plan on 3,000W to 5,000W for an 18-inch slimline unit and 5,000W for a standard 24-inch model, with 5,500W and up, especially heated-dry or high-temp sanitize cycles, safer left to a native unit. Even a correctly sized transformer isn't guaranteed to work on the wrong hertz. Some units run with a shortened life; some don't run at all, so size to the maximum nameplate rating, never the eco figure.
