orders through the internet securely. Just click on

checkout when you are done shopping. Please feel
free to contact us if you are having any trouble placing an orders. It
is very important for us to keep and protect our customers information
with the highest lever of security possible. No only do we store all
credit card information on a secure server, but we also use to separate
servers to store your information. Your credit card information is
stored on a separate server and your other personal information is
stored on a separate server when you place an order with us. This
insures a high level of security. |

Payment Methods:

The most convenient and common
way to order is by credit card. You can order by
the internet or you can call us at (888) 400-7711. We are
open between 11:00 and 7:00 central time, 7 days a week. |

If you would like to pay by
check, you can call us to get the exact quote for your
merchandise, and then mail us a check for that amount. We
will then ship the goods to you. |

Another method of payment is C.O.D.
(cash on delivery). If you would like to use this
service, you would be required to pay the driver by
cashiers check, money order, or a certified check when
your merchandise is delivered. (There is an extra charge
for this service.) |
Shipping Charges
Our shipping prices vary from
product to product. Depending on the weight and the size of the
product. We ship via UPS ground in most cases. If you buy
more than one item, there may be a discount on shipping which
will be taken off when we process the order. The discount will
not show up when you enter your payment info into the shopping
cart system. Please call us for more information.
Our shipping prices include
full insurance for lost or damaged goods. We also offer special
shipping prices for high quantity purchases. Please call us
or email us so we can quote you the exact shipping charge.
Cancellation Policy and Price
Adjustments:
All of our prices are based on
prices that we receive from our suppliers. The prices of products change very
often, and we reflect those changes on our website. Once an order is
placed, you are locked in at that prices. We can not make any price adjustments
for future decreases in prices. Once an order is placed we hold the item for
you until it ships out. In the case you change your mind and want to cancel the
order, there will be a minimum 15% cancellation fee, and shipping charges are
non-refundable. If at anytime you decide to change an order, we can do that
for you as long as the order has not been processed. We understand that
unique cases may arise and we will do everything we can to satisfy you
as a customers. If you have a problem, question or concern please
feel free to call us and speak with one of our customer service
representatives.
Our Return and Exchange Policy:
| We strive
to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and
professional treatment.
All items except for
TVs, Cell phones, and Sim Cards can be exchanged for a different item up
to 30 days after the date of purchase if the box is
in like new condition. When exchanging an item, all shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge
restocking fees at a minimum of 15% for exchanges that we don't believe are
in like new condition. Shipping charges will not be
credited under any circumstances. Due to the nature of our business
we can not give refunds for any non defective items. After 30 days we do
not exchange or give refunds for any items.
Defective multi-system
TVs & cell phones can only be exchanged for same within the first 14
days of purchase. No refunds will be issued on cell phones or TVs under
any circumstances. After 14 days, the manufacturer may provide
warranty on these items. If a cell phone is sent back for replacement,
all parts shipped with it must be returned with it. If we find that any
part of a cell phone is different then the product that we shipped you,
we will charge a $50 assessment fee before we ship that cell phone back
to you.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our
shippers. Customers are responsible to pay any duties, taxes, customs,
and other clearance fees for orders shipped internationally.
We understand that
unique cases may arise and we will do everything we can to satisfy you

Warranties:
Most products we carry come
with a 1 year warranty. We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for
damage caused to any personal property or items used in conjunction with
products purchased from us. The warranty does not cover shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges. Return shipping and handling charges must be
prepaid with any warranty repairs or replacements. No exceptions
will be made. International shipping and air shipping will be
billed at higher rates. Return shipping and handling rates for
vcrs & dvd players are $20, cell phones are $15. Please call
for return Shipping & Handling charges on all other items.
