This Pioneer Region Free Blu-Ray dvd player will play Blu-ray DVDs from any Region and will play Standard DVDs from any Region including Region Blur-Ray A, B and C,  and Standard DVDs from regions 0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. However it will NOT play Pal DVDs on a NTSC TV. To do this you will need a Video Converter.
